Streaming Defense Week 16

At this point, you either believe me or you don’t.

For all my top 5 defenses last week, all of them placed in the top 10. For my defenses to avoid, two of them ended up at the very bottom and one of them was 6th worst. And to top it off, my streaming option, again, outperformed most analysts, scoring way above their projection — earning them the fourth-best defense for Week 15.

So, for this last week, put your faith in me once again to get you that championship.

Top 5 Fantasy Defense Options in Week 16

1. Steelers (vs. Jets)
2. Colts (vs. Carolina)
3. New England (vs. Buffalo)
4. Washington (vs. Giants)
5. Chiefs (vs. Chicago)

Week 16 Streaming Option: Indianapolis Colts

I put them as my number two defense of the week because they have so many things going for them that they could very well end up the number one defense this week. Below are the top five reasons to stream them:

1. The Colts have a slow game script that will keep the game close. The Panthers will be one or two scores away from winning which will keep them taking risks.
2. They will take risks with the backup’s backup at quarterback. It is almost always a good thing to be playing against a backup quarterback
3. Their head coach was fired a couple of weeks ago, and the replacement coach is going to try to win.
4. The Panthers have been very friendly to defenses as of late.
5. The Colt’s defense has scored double digits in three of the past four weeks.

Verdict: Don’t overthink this. They will have good numbers, if not great. Unless you have a great option already, play this defense with complete confidence.  

Prediction: PA: 14-21, Total Yards: 250-300, Sacks: 4, Fumbles: 1, Interceptions: 2, TD: 1, Fantasy Points: 10-15
