What’s more important? Thanksgiving or Trade Deadline?
The deadline is approaching, so if there’s any hope of signing, and then trading players, it’s now. This is one of the most important weeks of the season in dynasty or keeper leagues, so being able to make competent acquisitions is critical. Nevertheless, the playoffs are approaching which means the waivers become even more important. Here is the Week 12 Waiver Wire.

Joshua Palmer, LAC- WR (59%)
Joshua Palmer put up elite numbers in Week 11, just when we thought he might slow down as both Keenan Allen and Mike Williams returned to the field. But what a surprise, Mike Williams left the game with an injury, setting the stage for another impressive Palmer performance.
It’s gotten to the point where fantasy managers can comfortably start Palmer week in and week out at FLEX, and Palmer’s upside is extraordinary if either Allen or Williams are out.
Isiah Pacheco, KC- RB (64%)
Not only has Isiah Pacheco assumed a starter’s role in recent weeks, but Clyde Edwards-Helaire reportedly has a high ankle sprain, which would sideline him for a significant time.
Pacheco, who got the rock 15 times on Sunday, rushed for over 100 yards and was a touchdown away from decent RB1 numbers. Assuming Pacheco maintains the starting job, you can start him, and expect solid numbers, especially if he can find the end zone.
Christian Watson, GB- WR (73%)
Christian Watson seems to have taken his turn on the wide receiver carousel in Green Bay, but has made the most of it than any other receiver there. Watson’s red zone usage has reached an elite level, with 5 touchdowns in just two games. Watson, who has over 50 points in PPR leagues in the last two games, must be rostered in all formats.
Rachaad White, TB- RB (61%)
The waiting game is not very fun. Rachaad White has patiently waited behind Leonard Fournette in Tampa, and fantasy owners have anticipated his snap increase for weeks. That wait may have come to an end. Fournette went down with a knee injury this past week, and White was immediately put in a position to prove himself.
Coming out of the bye week, White is expected to be the starter, even with a healthy Fournette, so the sky’s the limit for him. White should now be rostered everywhere because of what he is capable of doing.
Samaje Perine, CIN- RB (9%)
Joe Mixon left the game in Pittsburgh early due to injury, leaving backup Samaje Perine to score not once, not twice, but thrice. What makes Perine even more intriguing, is that all three touchdowns were through the air, showing his potential to be a valuable utility of Joe Burrow. If Mixon doesn’t clear concussion protocol in time for the Week 12 matchup in Tennessee, Perine is an instant starter.
Treylon Burks, TEN- WR (21%)
Following a long absence, Burks averaged 7 targets in the last two weeks, taking 8 in Week 11 for 111 yards (that’s a lot of 1s). Burks might maintain this volume for the rest of the season and could potentially emerge as the new WR1 for the Titans. Burks is yet to find the endzone this season, but hopefully, it will happen soon, which would send him into starting dependability.
Jameson Williams, DET- WR (23%)
In last year’s College Football National Championship against Georgia, star Alabama WR Jameson Williams tore his ACL, which severely damaged his draft stock. Williams, who had the potential to be a top 5 pick, fell to 12 and was selected by the kneecap-biting head coach Dan Campbell in Detroit. Now, Jameson Williams is expected to return any week, and while he might not instantly put up elite numbers, he is worth the stash given his elite talent, especially in dynasty leagues.
Deshaun Watson, CLE- QB (48%)
Deshaun Watson. Former superstar. Hasn’t played in two years. New team. Boom or bust. That’s it. Make your bet.
Odell Beckham Jr., FA- WR (43%)
OBJ rumors continue to swirl, as we inch closer to his return to the field. There’s a good chance he signs with a team next week, but it’s most likely he doesn’t play until Week 13. Nevertheless, his late-season potential makes him a valuable secret weapon as we enter the postseason.
