Seattle Seahawks rookie tight end Will Dissly suffered a patellar injury that will sideline him for an extensive amount of time on Sunday. Head coach Pete Carroll told reporters that Dissly’s injury is a major blow that will cause the team to be promoting someone from the practice squad, so the belief is that Dissly will be lost for the year. Dissly had been a surprise for the Seahawks as he was proving to be a better receiver than expected, but that’s now cut short. Fantasy owners should feel free to move on. Ed Dickson is set to be activated in a couple weeks, and he could possibly be a target when the time comes.
