Brilliant NASCAR fantasy picks

Denny Hamlin
Wins: 3
Top 5 finishes: 11
Top 10 finishes: 15
You can’t say Richmond Raceway without thinking of this hometown favorite. This is one of Hamlin’s best tracks, it’s a Toyota Owners race, and the number 11 is hot right now. If he and his crew can keep cool under pressure on pit road this week, he’s gonna drive it right into victory lane for win number three.
Joey Logano
Wins: 2
Top 5 finishes: 8
Top 10 finishes: 11
For all of the naysayers who thought Logano skated into a championship last year, he’s proven that he’s for real. Some trouble in Martinsville and Texas gave him 2 poor finishes, but he bounced back last week and might bounce all the way to another win in Richmond.
Kyle Busch
Wins: 6
Top 5 finishes: 17
Top 10 finishes: 20
Yeah, he won last week. Yeah, he almost wins every week. But hot is hot and there’s nothing that says he can’t do it again this week. This is one of his best tracks and, like Hamlin, he’s hitting it in a Toyota. If you can’t pick Kyle Busch every week, make it count and pick him on a sure bet at Richmond.
Bold NASCAR fantasy picks
Clint Bowyer
Wins: 2
Top 5 finishes: 4
Top 10 finishes: 14
Bowyer has been scratching and clawing for a win over the past three races. He’s been here a lot, led a lot of laps, and he’s running hot right now. You can’t deny his passion and drive, and that’s what will likely drive him into the winners circle Saturday night.
Aric Almirola
Wins: 0
Top 5 finishes: 2
Top 10 finishes: 5
Last week ended early for Double-A, but this week looks to go long. He finished last season on fire, and he’s started this season with a slow burn. Almirola has come so close and fallen so short that I expect everything to ignite in Richmond for the 10 car.
Kyle Larson
Wins: 1
Top 5 finishes: 2
Top 10 finishes: 4
It’s only a matter of time before the 42 gets it together, and Richmond under the lights is just as good a place as any. Though he’s been cool in recent weeks, look for Larson to start getting his groove back this week.
Bonkers NASCAR fantasy picks
Ryan Blaney
Wins: 0
Top 5 finishes: 0
Top 10 finishes: 0
This is Blaney’s worst track, with an average finish in 27th place. He’s had some amazing practices, even logging a track record at Bristol last week, but he’s just not getting it done in the end. Everyone knows that a win is on the way, but I don’t think it’s coming at Richmond.
Paul Menard
Wins: 0
Top 5 finishes: 1
Top 10 finishes: 1
Menard had a great week at Bristol, and something tells me he’s going to have a better year than he’s had in past seasons. There’s no denying his talents, and I look to see him in the top 10 again soon. Richmond, however, is one of his worst tracks. Don’t waste your pick.
Austin Dillon
Wins: 0
Top 5 finishes: 0
Top 10 finishes: 1
The finishes haven’t been terrible, but they haven’t been great. Dillon finds his way near the front for a few laps during each race, but he just can’t seem to pull it off in the end. It’s debatable whether or not he’ll get hot soon, but it’s not going to happen this week.
