A.J. Brown caught 10 of his 13 targets for 155 yards in Sunday’s win over the Lions in Detroit.
Fantasy Impact: Brown was clearly QB Jalen Hurts’s favorite option in the passing game, as no other pass catcher saw more than four targets. Fellow wideout DeVonta Smith was actually held without a catch, and TE Dallas Goedert’s three catches and 60 yards were both second on the team. The Eagles did run the ball 39 times against 32 passes, and Hurts himself ran the ball 17 times. So while many expect Philadelphia to pass the ball more often in 2022, our first glimpse at this new version of the offense still featured a heavy dose of running plays.
