Allen Lazard hauled in two of four targets for a team-leading 46 yards during Monday’s season opener versus the Bills. New York ultimately defeated Buffalo by a score of 22-16 in overtime.
Fantasy Impact: Lazard didn’t have the greatest fantasy game. In fact, outside of Garrett Wilson savaging his performance with a touchdown, the passing game was significantly overshadowed by the rushing attack. That’s likely a product of Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) suffering an injury in the first quarter, prompting the Jets to play Zach Wilson. Lazard is a low-end fantasy WR4 going forward.
