ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler is reporting that Bears WR Allen Robinson is in no rush to sign his franchise tender.
Fantasy Impact: The two sides were unable to get a deal done last year, and Robinson made it apparent he wanted out of Chicago. However, the Bears can’t afford to lose their top receiving threat and might be working to repair the relationship behind the scenes. If things go south, Robinson could threaten to hold out if not traded. For the time being, it looks like he’s stuck in Chicago, with Andy Dalton as his QB. This could actually be good for his fantasy value, as we know he’ll see a ton of targets, and Dalton has proven he can support a top-5 fantasy wideout (AJ Green) in the past.
