Alvin Kamara, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a rib injury, is not expected to play vs. the Buccaneers, according to a report from ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.
Fantasy Impact: Kamara was a limited participant earlier in the week but was unable to practice on Thursday or Friday, which isn’t the kind of trajectory you’re looking for with an injured player attempting to get ready for a game. Fellow RB Mark Ingram is also banged up but is expected to play and should see a bigger workload as long as he is physically up to the task. But he could share the workload with some combination of Dwayne Washington (also questionable with a hamstring injury), Tony Jones Jr., and the recently signed Latavius Murray.
