Browns WR Amari Cooper has cleared concussion protocol and will play Sunday against Jacksonville.

Fantasy Impact: Cooper was listed as questionable with a rib injury and a concussion, but was able to clear protocol in order to play Sunday. Fantasy managers should continue to comfortably start Cooper.
