Ameer Abdullah fills third-down role in Week 15 win

Ameer Abdullah rushed for 32 yards on six carries during the Raiders’ 63-21 win over the Chargers in Week 15. He also caught both of his targets for an additional 13 yards through the air.

Fantasy Impact: Abdullah had an increased role with Josh Jacobs (quadriceps) sidelined for the first time this season. The veteran primarily occupied a third-down role while Zamir White played early downs. Both backs looked solid on an emergency basis but will be bumped off the fantasy radar as soon as Jacobs returns, perhaps as early as Week 16 versus the Chiefs.
