Amon-Ra St. Brown suffers lower-leg injury during Lions’ practice

Lions’ standout receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown is dealing with what seems to be a minor lower right leg injury early in practice and got his ankle taped.

Fantasy Impact: St. Brown did not head to the locker room and rather is working through his injury to the side, a good sign that he avoided a major injury. However, the Lions are likely to be very careful with their third-year wideout. Fantasy managers should monitor how quickly ARSB can return to the practice field, but there seems to be little concern about long-term complications. St. Brown is coming off his first pro-bowl selection and has developed an excellent rapport with Jared Goff. He is a safe, high-end WR2 with WR1 upside in 2023.
