Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports the Texans reached a two-year contract agreement with Andre Roberts.
Fantasy Impact: Roberts is primarily deployed as a kick returner and punt returner these days. Pelissero adds the contract can be worth up to $5.95 million. He won’t be a fantasy factor in 2020.
