Jeremy Fowler of ESPN is reporting that the Cowboys are expected to lose QB Andy Dalton in free agency.
Fantasy Impact: “Dallas believes he’s (Dalton) got several teams that will either play him or give him a stronger chance to play significant snaps,” per Fowler. The Cowboys signed QB Dak Prescott to a four-year, $160 million deal during the offseason, making Dalton expendable. Dalton completed 62% of his passes and threw for 2,170 yards and a 14:8 TD:INT ratio across 11 games for the Cowboys in 2020. The veteran QB showed that he can still perform and will look to latch onto another team via free agency. Stay tuned.
