The Saints are signing veteran QB Andy Dalton to a one-year deal.
Fantasy Impact: The 34-year-old will be with his third new team in three years. Presumably Jameis Winston’s backup, Dalton has thrown for 35,279 yards and 226 touchdowns in his career. Barring a Winston injury or complete collapse, he would have no value in fantasy.
