The Jaguars are signing wide receiver Anthony Miller to their practice squad. An eventual elevation to the active roster seems inevitable.
Fantasy Impact: Miller, who just turned 27, was drafted by the Bears in the second round of the 2018 draft. Through three years in Chicago, he caught 134 passes for 1,564 yards and 11 touchdowns. Dealt to the Texans this past offseason, Miller hauled in five passes for 23 yards and a score through two games with Houston before being cut. Now, he links up with Trevor Lawrence on an 0-5 Jaguars team that has drastically struggled thus far.
