Jay Morrison of The Athletic is reporting that Bengals WR Auden Tate could see time in four-wide sets.
Fantasy Impact: Tate is progressing well in his recovery from surgery to repair a torn labrum in December. He will serve as the Bengals No.4 WR behind Tyler Boyd, Tee Higgins, and Ja’Marr Chase. Tate is expected to have a drop in production and targets but could see time in four-wide sets. “It’s not as though Chase, Higgins or Tyler Boyd will be coming off the field all that often to work in some opportunities for Tate, but head coach Zac Taylor and Callahan used a lot of four-wide sets last year with increasing effectiveness before Burrow went down with the knee injury, per Morrison. Tate hauled in 14 receptions for 150 yards and no touchdowns over nine appearances in 2020. The 24-year-old is mainly a stash in dynasty and deep-league formats.
