Fantasy Impact: Hooper was able to make the most of his limited targets Thursday night, finding the end zone twice in the second half. The veteran tight end has yet to produce consistently enough to be trusted regularly by fantasy owners to this point, operating as a risky touchdown dependent play in a Week 12 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals.
