Fantasy Impact: Hooper has struggled to establish himself as a trustworthy option in the passing game for QB Ryan Tannehill, recording just four catches for 44 receiving yards on nine targets this season. Although Hooper is TE1 in Tennessee, until he receives more consistent volume, leave Hooper on the waiver wire.
