Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) was listed as a non-participant on San Francisco’s estimated injury report on Monday.

Fantasy Impact: The 49ers didn’t practice on Monday, but they released a participation estimate that had Aiyuk listed as a non-participant because of a shoulder injury that he suffered in Week 2. That’s not a good sign for the young receiver, especially since the team has a short turnaround and will be playing the Giants on Thursday night. He’s trending towards not playing, and if that ends up being the case, Deebo Samuel and Jauan Jennings will both be in line for more work in his absence.
