Fantasy Impact: Powell has yet to carve out consistent volume with No. 1 wideout Justin Jefferson sidelined, failing to reach 50 receiving yards in four of his last five games for the Vikings. The pass-catcher will be difficult to trust with the loss to starting quarterback Kirk Cousins (achilles) despite a generous Week 9 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons up next.
