Breece Hall rushed for 66 yards on 17 carries while catching 2-of-6 targets for 12 yards in New York’s 24-20 win against the Steelers on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Hall scored his first career rushing touchdown and the Jets are now coincidentally 2-0 in games when Hall finds the end zone. Hall saw double-digit carries for the first time this season and out-touched backfield mate Michael Carter 19-10, nearly 2:1. Hall’s production actually improved with Zach Wilson under center as the Jets ran more without having Flacco back there to sling it 50+ times. The Jets also played with the lead, something they might do more of this year than in recent years, leading to even more ground production from the rookie out of Iowa State. Hall appears to be starting to pull away as the Jets’ lead back.
