Brian Hoyer has agreeed to a two-tear deal with the Las Vegas Raiders.
Fantasy Impact: Yet another former Patriot joins the Raiders. Hoyer will most likely back up starter Jimmy Garoppolo. Hoyer is a capable backup who has plenty of starter experience should Jimmy G go down with injury, which he is known to do.
