Brian Robinson Jr. carried the ball eight times for 20 yards during the Commanders’ win in Week 8.
Fantasy Impact: Robinson had his worse outing of the season, and while he still managed to out-carry Antonio Gibson eight to seven, the rookie ceded all pass-catching work to Gibson. Robinson is a power back, but his lack of use in the passing game makes him a TD-reliant start for fantasy managers on a week-to-week basis. Robinson will thrive when the Commanders have leads, but that will be a tough ask for the team when the 6-1 Vikings come to town in Week 9. Robinson remains a possible flex option moving forward, with upside in standard scoring formats.
