Brock Purdy completed 22 of his 35 pass attempts for 284 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in San Francisco’s Week 17 win against Las Vegas. He added two carries for negative three yards.
Fantasy Impact: Despite the big fight from the Raiders, Purdy helped to secure a ninth straight win for the 49ers and jump to the No. 2 seed in the NFC. His 284 passing yards accounted for a season-high, and he tossed two scores for the fifth consecutive game. He undoubtedly has had tremendous support on both sides of the ball since taking over, though continues to comfortably play like a veteran and rarely commit mistakes. Purdy will almost certainly be under center for the season finale versus the Cardinals, as the 49ers will look to lock up a top-two seed with the potential of the No. 1 spot if the Eagles ultimately lose their third straight game. He’ll remain a strong QB2 for fantasy purposes.
