Bucs coach Bruce Arians says O.J. Howard is ‘real close’ to getting fully back from his 2020 injury.
Fantasy Impact: Howard tore his Achilles in 2020 after playing just four games. He played behind Rob Gronkowski and only caught 11 passes for 146 yards and two touchdowns. Arians said that Howard hasn’t began running on grass yet but there have been no setbacks. He goes on to say that he believes that the “sky is the limit” for Howard in 2021. The uber-athletic TE has not been able to stay health during his four-year career thus far. The talent has never been in question, but he will need to stay healthy if he wants to make an impact next season. Howard is a mid-tier TE2 that has TE1 upside if he gets on the field more.
