C.J. Gardner-Johnson carted off the field Monday

C.J. Gardner-Johnson suffered a right leg injury and was carted off the field Monday.

Fantasy Impact: Training camp injuries are unfortunately bound to happen, but this would be a massive blow for the Lions’ defense. The veteran safety is on a one-year deal and was expected to play a key role in the Lions’ defense in 2023. Gardner-Johnson should undergo tests on the injury soon at which point the Lions will release more information.
