C.J. Stroud completed 26 of 36 passes for 304 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions, adding 47 yards and a touchdown on six carries in Sunday’s 24-21 loss to the Jaguars.
Fantasy Impact: Stroud certainly played like an MVP and did just about everything he could to will the Texans to a victory on Sunday. The effort ultimately came up just short of defeating the AFC South-leading Jaguars, but the rookie QB likely led many fantasy managers to a win in Week 12. Stroud continues to impress on a weekly basis, as the No. 2 pick in this year’s NFL Draft has now thrown for more than 300 yards in four consecutive games with a 10-to-4 TD/INT ratio. Stroud has also rushed for a couple of scores in this stretch.
