Cade Otton caught four passes for 64 yards en route to a 21-3 loss at the hands of the Carolina Panthers.
Fantasy Impact: Although Tampa Bay’s offense as a whole looked bad, Otton actually played pretty well. He had the second-most receiving yards on the team, and he made some big grabs. The rookie will continue to have decent streaming value week-to-week.
