Caleb Farley signs rookie contract with Titans

The Tennessee Titans have officially signed their first-round pick CB Caleb Farley.

Fantasy Impact: Farley was a dynamic playmaker in the Virginia Tech secondary, and if he can stay healthy he will be an excellent addition to the Titans defense.
