Seahawks OL Charles Cross has officially been ruled out for Week 3 against Carolina.

Fantasy Impact: Cross is still dealing with a toe injury and will miss his second consecutive game. With McClendon Curtis also listed as inactive, the Seahawks will be thin on the offensive line Sunday.
