The Ravens activated rookie TE Charlie Kolar from IR on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact: Kolar, a rookie from Iowa State, could make his debut in Week 11 following the Ravens’ bye. The 23-year-old prospect was highly touted for his pass catching abilities out of college, and Baltimore selected him in the fourth round of the 2022 draft, 11 spots ahead of teammate Isaiah Likely. If Mark Andrews cannot return from injury against the Panthers, Kolar could be looking at his first NFL snaps.
