Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus said the team plans to expand WR Chase Claypool’s use in packages this Sunday against the Detroit Lions.
Fantasy Impact: Despite only playing in 35% of the team’s offensive snaps, Claypool saw six targets in his Chicago debut after being traded from the Pittsburgh Steelers. With QB Justin Fields finding his groove as of late, Claypool’s skill set meshes well with Fields and WR Darnell Mooney. Despite having a 13-yard debut, Claypool could become a viable flex option down the line if the Bears continue to improve and he sees more snaps.
