Chase Edmonds recorded five carries for 33 yards and caught one of his three targets for eight yards in Sunday’s thrilling 42-38 win over the Ravens.
Fantasy Impact: Edmonds was an afterthought in Week 2 as Tua Tagovailoa hyper-targeted Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill. His lone chunk play came with 44 seconds left in the fourth quarter on a 28 yard run that lead to the game-winning touchdown by Waddle. Raheem Mostert ended up seeing six more carries and the same number of targets Sunday which was not the case in Week 1. If this trend continues, it will be tough to know when to start Edmonds. However, if Edmonds becomes much more involved in the passing game in a tough Week 3 matchup versus the Bills, he’ll win back some confidence.
