Chris Claybrooks placed on Commissioner Exempt List

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, CB Chris Claybrooks has been placed on the Commissioners Exempt List ahead of the 2023 season following his summer arrest for a domestic battery charge.

Fantasy Impact: While he is on the list indefinitely, Claybrooks can not practice with the team or attend games. The 26-year-old corner has spent the last three seasons with the Jaguars, appearing in 46 games and starting six. His defensive snaps have decreased every season, but he has been involved on the Jacksonville special teams unit.
