According to Dan Graziano of ESPN, veteran WRs Chris Godwin and Mike Evans could be potential trade candidates for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this season.
Fantasy Impact: Graziano points out that Evans is on an expiring deal, and reports have already indicated he could want out if a new deal is not met. Godwin is on the books through 2024, but he is owed non-guaranteed money. With the Bucs staring down the barrel of a rebuild/retooling period, moving one or both of the WRs could make sense for clearing the books. This shouldn’t affect Godwin and Evans’ 2023 projections, half-PPR WRs 27 and 33, respectively, but it could affect their dynasty outlooks.
