Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports that nine-year veteran Chris Hogan is among one of the free agent receivers that the Saints are working out in lieu of the Michael Thomas surgery.
Fantasy Impact: Hogan is far removed from his New England days, and hasn’t played a full season since 2018. However, his veteran presence in the Saints’ young receiving corps, after losing Emmanuel Sanders to the Bills and Michael Thomas to injury, would be felt. No one expects him to make a splash, but helping the younger guys could go a long way in the development of fantasy sleepers, such as Marquez Callaway.
