Chris Jones willing to extend holdout to at least Week 8

According to Adam Schefter’s Twitter, Chiefs superstar DT Chris Jones is “willing to continue his holdout from the Chiefs until Week 8.”

Fantasy Impact: Jones missing any time would be a massive problem for the KC defense, as the 29-year-old continued his dominance in 2022. He posted a career-best 92.0 PFF grade and led the league with 15 sacks. Jones is willing to sacrifice his seven-figure paychecks weekly to begin the season if the Chiefs do not extend him.
