Chris Streveler cleared waivers, placed on Jets’ IR

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, QB Chris Streveler cleared the league’s waivers after being cut by the New York Jets and was reverted to their injury reserve.

Fantasy Impact: Streveler was waived with an injury designation and, now on IR, will miss his 2023 campaign due to the injury. The Jets moved him to IR to open up a roster spot, which they used to claim OT Grant Hermanns off waivers from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Streveler will rehab this season and prepare for 2024.
