Fantasy Impact: Kirk was second in targets to Zay Jones’ 14 targets Sunday. The veteran wide receiver has seen at least nine targets over the Jaguars’ last three games. Fantasy managers should continue to start Kirk moving forward. The Jaguars will take on the Lions in Week 13.
