Christian McCaffrey is active and will play for the San Francisco 49ers against the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday.

With a “package of plays” in their gameplan for the all-purpose running back on a short week, fantasy owners should expect some production Sunday. McCaffrey has the ability to break a game open on a single play and should still be started in an intriguing matchup Sunday.
