Christian McCaffrey explodes for four touchdowns Sunday

Christian McCaffrey rushed for 106 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries in the 49ers’ 35-16 win over the Cardinals. He also caught seven of eight targets for an additional 71 yards and one touchdown through the air.
