Christian McCaffrey rushed 11 times for 32 yards and hauled in 4-of-6 targets for 17 yards in San Francisco’s Week 12 victory versus New Orleans.
Fantasy Impact: McCaffrey saw fewer touches this week, as he appeared to be dealing with knee soreness. He was clearly less effective running the ball, averaging just 2.9 yards per carry. Elijah Mitchell was more efficient with 5.0 yards per carry, though was forced out of the game with a possible MCL sprain. Both tailbacks’ health statuses will be closely monitored this week, with McCaffrey being less of a concern. As long as he can play, he’ll remain on the RB1 map for Week 13 against the Dolphins.
