Christian McCaffrey (oblique) left Sunday’s game and is now heading to the locker room.

Fantasy Impact: The 49ers are taking McCaffrey to the locker room to further evaluate an oblique injury that he suffered in Sunday’s game against the Browns. His return is uncertain at best at this point, and that will entirely depend on the severity of his injury. Elijah Mitchell and Joran Mason will both get more work for however long the star RB is out in Week 6.
