Christian McCaffrey rushed 10 times for 33 yards and a touchdown while also adding 24 receiving yards on four receptions in Sunday’s 26-24 loss to the Browns.
Fantasy Impact: McCaffrey disappointed in the season opener on Sunday, touching the ball just 14 times with new QB Baker Mayfield under center. The running back’s one touchdown came on a one-yard endzone leap in the second quarter. Although this first week wasn’t his expected production given his draft capital, the 26-year-old was on the field plenty and he should be in for an even bigger workload next week against the Giants.
