According to Ian Rapoport, Cooper Kupp, who suffered a setback in his recovery from a hamstring injury, is unlikely to suit up before he’s 100% healthy, making it unlikely for him to play in Week 1 against Seattle.
Fantasy Impact: Kupp’s injury is concerning, given the WR’s age. Many concerning factors complicate Kupp’s range of outcomes for the 2023 season, and missing time outright does not help. Kupp led all WRs in PPG before getting injured mid-way through 2022 and was the overall WR1 in 2021. Drafting Kupp at his current ADP is a risky bet, but if/when he returns to play, there is no doubt he has elite upside.
