Fantasy Impact: Patterson shattered his career high for rushing yards in a game, just two weeks after running for 120 yards. He continues to show how ultra-efficient he can be when consistently given touches, and has been a major reason for the Falcons being competitive in all three games thus far. Patterson’s usage will still almost certainly fluctuate as the season progresses, but he warrants RB2 consideration at the minimum for fantasy purposes against Cleveland in Week 4.
