Craig Reynolds runs for 74 yards in Week 8

Craig Reynolds carried the ball 14 times for 74 yards and added a 12-yard catch while losing a fumble in a 26-14 win over the Raiders in Week 8.

Fantasy Impact: Reynolds looked solid in a backup role in the Monday night win, although his lost fumble was a costly one. Reynolds coughed up the ball on a second-and-goal carry from the Las Vegas four-yard line in the third quarter. The Lions will be on bye in Week 9 before they face the Chargers in Week 10. There’s a possibility that David Montgomery (ribs) will be able to return to action by then, which would push Reynolds back into the RB3 role in Detroit.
