Commanders WR Curtis Samuel (knee) returned to practice Thursday.

Fantasy Impact: Samuel did not practice Wednesday and although his participation was not announced, it is a positive sign that he was able to return Thursday. Barring any setbacks, Samuel should be able to play Sunday against the Eagles.
