Curtis Samuel led the Commanders in targets with 11 as he managed to haul in eight of them for 55 yards and a TD. He also had four carries for 17 yards and lost a fumble.
Fantasy Impact: Samuel was busy early and often as he proved he is fully healthy coming into the 2022 season. He had more touches Sunday (12) than he did the entirety of the 2021 season. Samuel has shown in the past that he can be a fantasy-relevant option, even as a slot receiver in a below-average offense. The main concern has been his health, but he seems to be healthy for the time being. If he is not rostered in your fantasy league consider him a top priority wavier wire pickup ahead of a Week 2 matchup in Detroit.
