At Friday morning’s press conference, HC Mike McCarthy reiterated that Dak Prescott is on track to return as the Cowboys’ starting QB on Sunday against Detroit.
Fantasy Impact: The team is awaiting the conclusion of the week’s preparations before making it fully official, but there is little doubt that Prescott will be starting on Sunday. Dak will be playing for the first time since Week 1, and he could not be asking for a better matchup than the swiss cheese Lions defense on Sunday. His return signals fantasy upgrades for the team’s skill position group, mainly CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup, and Dak himself should fall on the QB1 line in Week 7.
